Get. Grow. Give Back.

Get-Grow-Give Back Fundraiser Update!

Here are the recent fundraisers folks donated proceeds from:

  • Art Raffle - ink blot girl by Brianne Boyd
  • Quilt Raffle - a quilt made by our librarian, Jan Burney
  • Silent Auction - three quilts lovingly made by Diane Osberg
  • Wheat Bags - to warm you up
  • Salsa Dancing - an afternoon salsa dance lesson and dance party with Doris Daley and family

How it worked ...

On December 3, 2013 The Friends of the Sheep River Library gave out real $100 bills to people just like you.

  • Patrons
  • Supporters
  • Community members
  • Volunteers

The purpose was to use local talent, energy, and skills to grow the $100 into even more money for the library!

How it worked ...

  • Registration with the library
  • Receipt & agreement signed by particiapants

  • Use the $100 bill to invest in your own project for the library. You agree to return your $100 bill plus any profits you make to the Friends of the Sheep River Library
  • Work alone or with others, depending on your project. Host a dinner party, make fancy desserts, knit, sew, quilt - the sky is the limit!
